CONSTRUCTION:

20" x 8" concrete footing with perimeter drain.
Sump pump with underfloor drain/radon pipes.
10" thick poured concrete basement walls (8' high) with asphalt water proofing. 10" walls where brick is used.
Solid steel basement columns and girders.
Joist, studs, and rafters spaced @ 16" on center. Engineered products where necessary.
All drywall is glued and screwed to help eliminate nail popping.
4" thick concrete basement floor, reinforced garage floor.
200 AMP electric service.
Hook-up to public utilities (sewer, water, electric, phone, cable, etc.)
Basement and garage floor drains.
Home Professionally cleaned prior to settlement.
